Sqweeks is an Autobot from The Last Knight portion of the live-action film series continuity family.
"Leader-1! Scooter calling Leader-1!"

Izabella found Sqweeks in the ruins of Chicago, and immediately took in the little Autobot as a new friend and travelling companion. Badly damaged, unable to transform, and prone to falling apart, Sqweeks' damaged vocal processor limits him to a single word, which he uses to its fullest.

Sqweeks isn't the biggest or toughest Autobot around — and in fact most other Autobots find him either ugly, annoying, or both — but what he lacks in size and bulk he makes up for in pluck, determination, devotion to his friends... and a massive, fortification-leveling blaster.

Nonetheless, he utilized an old maneuver to destroy two TRF walker drones when Izzy and some kids came under attack. He then bore witness to Cade Yeager and Bumblebee's sudden appearance. He and Izabella rode all the way back to Cade's junkyard by clinging to the bottom of Hound's vehicle mode. When they arrived at the scrap yard and Hound transformed, he was flung to the ground and managed to get to cover without being noticed. Unfortunately, the next day, The Decepticons and the TRF discovered the Autobots' refuge. He and Izzy fled with the others to a nearby town, though Jimmy wanted to leave him behind, saying he could take care of himself. Before a trap could be sprung on the Decepticons, Sqweeks made the mistake of blowing his cover right in front of Megatron himself. He was dangled by his head by Megatron, and attempted to escape termination by showing the Decepticon emblem on his new arm, but the Decepticon leader only felt disgust for the small bot. Izabella then angrily ran out to face Megatron herself to protect him, and he was quickly dropped when the Decepticons noticed Cade. After Cogman appeared and took Cade and Bumblebee with him to England, Sqweeks went back to the junkyard with Izzy under Crosshairs's temporary leadership.

He was present when everyone noticed another moon had appeared in the sky, which was actually the recently arrived Cybertron. Sqweeks went with Izzy and the Autobots to England and somehow tagged along with Izabella in stowing away on one of the Ospreys. Cade, Viviane Wembly, William Lennox, and Santos finally noticed her and Izzy argued that Sqweeks should be left behind, but the plane had already taken off. He mostly stayed behind lines in the final battle until Izzy told him to go destroy a gun emplacement that was keeping the soldiers and Autobots from advancing. Using his diminutive size to sneak past the battlefield, Sqweeks reached the gun emplacement. It immediately turned to aim at him, but Sqweeks simply cursed at it before deploying an ungodly huge blaster from his new arm and blowing it to bits, earning him Hot Rod's appreciation. Sqweeks helped provide cover fire before he was scooped up and carried to safety by Hot Rod as Lennox called a retreat. He was reunited with Izabella in the aftermath and watched as Optimus Prime gave a speech and the Autobots returned to Cybertron. The Last Knight

Released as part of the second wave of The Last Knight Premier Edition Deluxes, Sqweeks transforms from a small wheeled robot into an unlicensed approximation of a Vespa scooter with an attachable cargo trailer, which also changes into his maintenance bay. Sqweeks has a pair of screen-accurate small rubber handlebar arms which can be removed and swapped for either a large multi-barreled gun arm or a disproportionately bigger robotic right arm. Though undocumented in the instructions, the said arm can also wield the gun arm as a gun via 5mm peg if you'd rather do it that way, but take note that the combination of the large cannon's rubbery plastic and its seemingly heavy weight allows it to fall off from the right arm's hand very often. His maintenance bay features an opening toolbox and articulated crane arm and rocket packs. All of Sqweeks parts can be stored inside of the toolbox when in trailer mode, except for the large gun which has to be mounted atop the trailer via a 5mm post instead. When in robot mode, his trailer can combine with him to form a super-mode of sorts which gives him shoulder-mounted (non-firing) missile packs. Due to his transformation scheme, he ends up having two additional faux handlebars in his head mode. Similar to Berserker's arm kibble, Sqweek's vehicle mode headlight piece does not have any glue holding it in place and tends to pop out during transformation.
In a bit of an unexpected bonus, all four handlebars are C Joint clip compatible. The tiny brake and gas handles on the rubber detachable handlebars can also easily poke through small holes found on other weapons, such as the sword hilts included on the Wheeljack Prime deluxe mold. Together with the absurd levels of 5 mm posts on Sqweeks means he can be even more ridiculously over armed than ever before.
Take note that storing the rubbery parts such as the right arm and the handle bars into the painted toolbox for a very long time may cause some paint to chip and stick onto them.
In Asia, Sqweeks and the rest of the Wave 2 Deluxes are later dumped at Popular Book stores in Malaysia, sold in a discounted price of RM89.90 ($21), though the price is later cut down to RM69.90 ($16) as part of the "Must Buy!" offers. TakaraTomy's stock photo of the robot mode figure was later used as a cutout "battle figure" included with Telebi Magazine's Burning Megatron.

Released as part of the 2nd wave of blindbagged Tiny Turbo Changers, Sqweeks is a small soft-plastic figure that transforms from robot into a scooter in just a few easy steps. Unlike most Turbo Changers, Sqweeks does not have any 3mm compatible hands or shoulder articulation, and like the rest of the figures, his wheels are completely immobile.

Sqweeks is a non-transforming, 8.5-inch remote-controlled figure, based on his appearance in the movie. His articulation is limited to shoulder swivels, with his larger Decepticon arm featuring a ratchet joint to keep it steady. Once "awoken" by titling him in the manner of a Furby, Sqweeks enters his default state, in which his eyes light up blue and he can be remote-controlled to trundle about, all the while spouting sound effects and variations on "Chihuahua!" When left to idle for a few seconds, he will talk and make small movements on his own. Fitting his giant blaster onto his Decepticon arm places him in "Blaster Mode", switching his eyes to red.
Two shoulder buttons on the remote control activate additional features. The right-hand button activates "Dance Mode", in which Sqweeks plays funky music, and spins and dances by himself, whilst the left button "fires" his blaster, playing a variety of weapon sound effects which Sqweeks will "recoil" backward in sync with. Pressing the button without the blaster attached will play clicking trigger sounds and a disappointed "Chihuahua..." Sqweeks can be put back to sleep by turning him upside-down until he lets out a sluggish "Chihuahua..." and his eyes turn off.
Sqweeks saw pre-release on June 23 before officially hitting shelves in July, and, surprising nobody, shelfwarmed to the point of clotting store shelves, even a full year after the release of the film. RC Sqweeks also saw release in Japan on November 11.

Allspark Tech Sqweeks is a non-transforming, electronic figure in which emits sounds when you put him an Allspark, which you can use a USB cord to recharge it, and you can put his huge blaster for him to attack.

Notes

  • Although toys depict Sqweeks as transforming into a scooter (seemingly a 1960s Vespa 150), he never transforms in the feature film, due to being damaged early in the story.
  • Judging from some early concept art for Canopy, Sqweeks was apparently planned to be slightly taller and to move around with a single wheel during early development.
