Bools was part of the CVO team dispatched to the Kirtland complex to deal with a flood of [[zombie]]s coming through an inter-dimensional portal. When the whole operation went sour and [[Britt]] turned into a vampire/zombie under the control of the [[Undermind]], Bools attempted to end things by exploding her head with a Warbot. Bools was part of the CVO team dispatched to the Kirtland complex to deal with a flood of zombies coming through an inter-dimensional portal. Some time later, Cross, Bools and Britt went to Cross Plains, Texas to deal with a giant multi-eyed worm. When more strange creatures started appearing worldwide, Bools was sent to San Francisco to deal with a giant blob of slime and ended up saving Oblivion leader Amanda Houellebecq from it. She had him take her to Coit Tower, where the last remaining part of H. P. Lovecraft was stored. Infestation 2 #1
