High Council Pavilions

The High Council Pavillions are a set of buildings in the Dreamwave portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Housing the Autobot High Council and the Council of Ancients, the High Council Pavillions were the center of government on Cybertron.

Fiction

The High Council Pavillions was the main center of government in Iacon before and during the Great War. After Optimus Prime became leader of the Autobots, a Decepticon assassination squad managed to breach the Pavillions security and nearly succeeded in killing Prime. Later, the High Council Pavillions became the Autobots main base when Shockwave launched an attack on Iacon. When Starscream activated the planetary mechaforming substructure, the High Council Pavillions were destroyed along with most of Iacon. The War Within

After Optimus Prime and Megatron's disappearance caused the Autobots and the Decepticons to fracture, the ruins of the High Council Pavillions served as the base of the Protectobots. The War Within: The Dark Ages
