Marvel Productions Ltd. was a television and motion picture studio based in Hollywood, California. Originally an animation studio, the studio produced such notable cartoons as Transformers, G.I. Joe,　Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, The Incredible Hulk and Defenders of the Earth.

The studio also produced animated TV specials and movies as Transformers: The Movie, G.I. Joe: The Movie.
