- Puffer is an Autobot from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Puffer was created from a time anomaly, fusing the Autobots Pipes and Huffer into one being. Despite his rather bizarre origin, he can still tussle with the best of them.[1]
Toys
War for Cybertron: Kingdom
- Autobot Puffer & Autobot Road Ranger (2-pack, 2022)
- Accessories: 2 pipes
- War for Cybertron: Kingdom Puffer is a retool of the Kingdom Huffer mold that transforms from a a cab-over truck based on said original toy into a robot mode based off of Pipes, though with more angular shaping, a swivel joint on the back that can allow the cab to turn around, and a new head that's based on Pipes's original toy (with a visor). His torso transformation joint can work as an ab-crunch.
- He comes with two black pipes (presumably hinting at a Pipes retool), which can be mounted on his shoulders (or any 5mm port, for that matter), or stored in his vehicle mode.
- As an extra feature, Puffer can tow Earthrise Optimus Prime's trailer (or any of its redecoes), a carryover from Huffer.
- The first reveal of the Golden Disk Collection (being revealed on September 27th, 2021), he was packaged with Road Ranger.
Notes
- Puffer is based on a European variant of the G1 Pipes toy, which was the original Huffer toy in Pipes's colors. The name of the Kingdom figure is a fan nickname for the figure (a portemanteau of Pipes and Huffer, you see.)
