Running through 1989, the Victory manga acted as an alternate telling of the events of the Victory storyline rather than a supplement to the television series (much like the Masterforce manga).

The Victory manga is best remembered for its often bizarre plots, including Autobot and Deception leaders bickering like disgruntled PTA members and the first canonical appearance of female Decepticons.
