I hesitate to put this forth after today's problem with Jan Mina(mi)kaze, but...this guy isn't supposed to be called Bullet. ::Anyway, I don't believe Fumihiko-san ever clarified what "Bollett" was supposed to mean. Frankly, I was surprised there was an explanation for "Zetca". Perhaps it's a Rhinox/Saidos thing—a purposeful misspelling.
