Some mechs think the electric cannon is a dishonorable weapon, unworthy to be used by a true master of Metallikato. Bludgeon is not one of those mechs.[1] Not to be outdone, the Autobot Wrecker Topspin has two electric cannons that he can deploy in either mode.

While defending himself against Megatron, Bludgeon's Pretender shell was destroyed. He transformed his inner robot into tank mode and shot Megatron in the chest with his high-voltage electric cannon. Megatron admitted the shot was painful, but the blast did little to no damage. Megatron returned the favor by also transforming into tank mode and blew Bludgeon apart with his rail gun.
