Macrocosmic Seekers (大宇宙の探求者 Daiuchū no Tankyūsha) is a prose series written by CrankShaft'S for the Transformers United toyline available through e-HOBBY. Created as a tie-in promotion for two exclusive redeco multi-packs, it is an "Expanded Story" taking place during Transformers 2010, the Japanese version of the third season of the Transformers cartoon. The ten-part story took the form of prose chapters sent to customers via e-mail from December 2010 to March 2011. The chapters were then collected in booklets packaged with the toys the story was promoting, accompanied by new illustrations drawn by Hidetsugu Yoshioka and colored by Toshiya Mamba.
