Does '''this''' image actually need the "copyrighted by" disclaimer? Even as a derivative work (there's a faction symbol there, and the character is based on a trademarked character, modeled after a copyrighted mold) it's a stretch. I'd think if ''anything'' could go without the disclaimer, this would be it....--[[User:G.B. Blackrock|G.B. Does this image actually need the "copyrighted by" disclaimer? Even as a derivative work (there's a faction symbol there, and the character is based on a trademarked character, modeled after a copyrighted mold) it's a stretch.
