The Mediawiki magic word {{SITENAME}} returns the full name of this website; MediaWiki.

That's really, really, really long.

{{SITENAME SHORT}} (or {{SITENAME_SHORT}}, same difference) return the much shorter; Teletraan I.

There's no real reason you couldn't just write it out manually (aside from the common tendency to misspell it as "Teletran" or "Teletron") but calling it like this serves the same purpose calling {{SITENAME}} does: providing easy forward-computability in the event this site ever chooses to change its name to something else, like "Witwickypedia."
