Lobstercons are, as their name implies, Hybridizors who look like lobsters. They tend to have large claws for hands.

The Lobstercon pirate Thermidor was a member of Clawtrap's Scavengers. Pretzel Logic

While not referred to as such in the show proper, Bisk was confirmed to be a Lobstercon by show writer Adam Beechen.
