In robot mode, Spectro carried a chemical cannon that coated its targets with corrosives, damaging their armor and making them easier to spot visually. Spectro's More than Meets the Eye profile

  • While the chemical cannon undoubtedly owes its existence to the Dreamwave More than Meets the Eye writers not having access to any reference materials regarding Spectro's weapons, it's a refreshing change for them to invent a whole new weapon instead of just giving the character a generic laser rifle (or worse) as they did with Spectro's fellow Reflector-bot Spyglass.
