Dilophocon is a Decepticon from Jurassic Park (via Collaborative).
If you assume this is to scale with JP12, then this actually makes the toy more accurate than your average Jurassic Park Dilophosaurus.

Dilophocon is prepared to show an unfortunate computer programmer what the deal is. Despite being a Decepticon, the staff of Jurassic Park appear to know her by name, and have sent JP12 to apprehend.

Released to commemorate the thirtieth anniversary of the original Jurassic Park film, Dilophocon transforms from a robot into a Dilophosaurus based on its embellished appearance in the Jurassic Park movie franchise. The toy comes with a detachable blast effect piece that can be placed in the dinosaur's mouth to simulate the film's infamous venom-spitting behaviour, as well as a gun that becomes her beast mode's tail. Her frills are held on with friction via 5mm posts and can be removed.
Like fellow Collaborative figure Gamakichi, Dilophocon's robot mode heavily resembles a Beast Wars character. In Dilophocon's case, her appearance is based on Iguanus.
Dilophocon was sold with JP12 in a two-pack debuted by Amazon and Hasbro Pulse in the United States market.
