PEZ is an immensely popular brand of Austrian candy, known for its manual dispensers which frequently feature licensed designs based on all sorts of pop culture franchises like Star Wars, Minecraft, Marvel, DC Comics, and, of course, the Transformers.

A handful of PEZ dispensers based on Transformers characters have been made over the years, starting with a wave based on Generation 1 characters in 2015. These would be followed up with a wave based on Transformers: Robots in Disguise characters in 2016 (two of which would be re-released in 2017 as Connectibles with additional chest and arm attachments), and eventually, with another wave based on Generation 1 characters in 2024.
