:It's not a type of programming that's exclusive to Maximals. He suffers because he has to remain in beast mode, the same as the rest of them. :::While it's in no way even slightly official Dinobot never really did seem to get used to his beast mode, he usually only used it for travel and energon protection. HE and Megatron had some of the strongest beast modes at the outset of the Beast Wars and Megatron made it clear but Dinobot always prefered to fight as a warrior than as a beast.
