* This one shares some properties of Red Alerts before her, in typical Animated fashion. She borrows Nixon's colours and several smaller details from the other Red Alert, such as an intake grill forming a collar, and what appears to be a bumper, headlamps and a car radiator grill on her chest, as well as the latter's emotive isolation and skill for her personality. And don't forget the tool hand!

* Red Alert's body is clearly an homage to the Unicron Trilogy Red Alert, specifically his Armada body.

Hello, nurse!

Some wish Red Alert's bedside manner were as delicate as her surgical abilities. However, the enviable level of her skill more than compensates for her gruff demeanor. She's replaced her left hand with an apparatus that can scan patients and emit various hard-light surgical tools. She serves as a field medic under Rodimus Prime's command.

Red Alert helped create the data merge that infused Decepticon flight technology into the rehabilitated bodies of Jetstorm and Jetfire. Rise of Safeguard

Later, she was seen alongside her fellow Autobots Ironhide, Brawn, Hot Shot, and Rodimus Prime near a Space Bridge node fighting Decepticons. Her services were called into action when Hot Shot was hit by Strika - his leg was badly damaged and she told him it would have to be amputated, despite his protests. Her bedside manner didn't help when she told Hot Shot that a new one would be delivered in six to eight deca-cycles. Before the leg could be amputated, she was captured, swallowed, coated in explosive goo, and spit back out by Spittor. Hurled at Brawn and Ironhide, the resulting blast took all three out of commission. TransWarped
