The name or term "Overcast" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Overcast (disambiguation).
Overcast is a Decepticon from the live-action movie continuity family.
Cloudy with a chance of DEATH

Overcast gets his name from the dark clouds he generates with his built-in weather controllers. There is no silver lining within, however. This quiet, secretive Decepticon inventor is a dangerous adversary, equipped with a variety of experimental weapons so brilliant that even the Autobots might be impressed-if they weren't busy contending with sudden disabling bolts of electricity or being eaten away by ravenous nanites.
