Buildup is one of many power-enhancing Mini-Cons scattered across the Earth. Specifically, Buildup is discovered in the Antarctica region.
Buildup is a member of the Green Mini-Con team. When Powerlinxed to a larger Transformer, Buildup slowly regenerates damage. Buildup's fate is unknown following the final battle with Unicron.
