Polyhex is also home to an unnamed Decepticon stronghold and Ratbat's offices. The Dead End, home to the Empties, is located here as well. The Autobase used by Perceptor's group of Autobots is presumably located in, or at least very close to, Polyhex.
Dreamwave comics continuity
After the disappearance of Optimus Prime and Megatron, the Autobots and Decepticons fractured under various factions, including Ratbat's Ultracons. Their base of operations was located in Polyhex. The War Within: The Dark Ages
Shattered Glass
It's still the Decepticons' base.
