Clifford is the dim-witted assistant of Big Steve Ludwig, charged with such unethical tasks as rolling back the odometers of cars on Ludwig's lot.

Big Steve sent Clifford to buy several cases of soda to be poured into the Throttlebots' gas tanks. In his typically "slow" fashion, Clifford initially assumed that Big Steve was just going to drink all that soda himself. Have we mentioned yet that Clifford just wasn't very bright? Used Autobots
