Thomas James Kenny (born July 13th, 1962) is an American voice actor, actor and stand-up comedian. From the stand-up side, he is known for his Comedy Central special as well as his prominent role on Mr. Show. On the voice-acting side, he is best recognized as the titular character from Spongebob Squarepants, The Penguin from The Batman, The Amazing Mumbo from Teen Titans, Gibson from Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go, Jake from My Gym Partner is a Monkey, Raimundo from Xiaolin Showdown, Heifer Wolfe from Rocko's Modern Life, and... jeez, just about everything that's been on Cartoon Network in the past five years.
