A negative universe is an alternate universe that is much like the normal universe except everything is reverse-colored. Even the black holes are "white holes."

Generation 1 cartoon
A Quintesson scientist kidnapped Ultra Magnus, Cyclonus, Wreck-Gar, and Marissa Faireborn to perform psychological experiments on them. His ship with them aboard was pulled into a black hole, sending them to a negative universe. Everyone aboard survived with no ill effects, but the color spectrum was shifted.
