What's the legal issue with mass-produced fan-made kitbash stuff that's ''obviously'' meant to be a preexisting TF character (but not called as such), like that P.E. Shadow Warrior thing or the Fansproject [[Springer (G1)|Springer]] lookalike? Is it just as legal as official TF products whose vehicle modes are ''obviously'' meant to be a real thing but tweaked to avoid licensing fees? Or are they as illegal as knockoffs?
I'm pretty sure the answer to this should be ''somewhere'' on this wiki.
