Specifics: Appliancebots from comic. Eventually the film.
Appliancebots are a group of Allspark Mutations from the Revenge of the Fallen portion of the live-action film continuity family.

The appliancebots came to life when Sam Witwicky discovered an All Spark fragment in the shirt he wore at the battle of Mission City. When he touched it, it activated and he dropped it. I burnt a hole through his bedroom floor and into the Witwicky kitchen. It sent out a pulse which brought the household appliances to life.
