Fflaxl is an alien from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family

All conflicts can be resolved by diplomacy and compromise--at least, if Fflaxl has anything to say about it. A field agent for the little-known Universal Peacekeeping Committee, he is dispatched to areas in crisis in order to negotiate a peaceful resolution, and his career record is one of exemplary success. His bodyguard is Bix.

Dreamwave Armada comic

When early word of the Cybertronian civil war reached the UPC, Fflaxl and Bix were dispatched to that planet to end the strife before it could spread further. Fflaxl had received only the most preliminary briefings about his mission, as he claimed to know little of the difference between Autobots, Decepticons, and Minicons, but nonetheless he was supremely confident in his abilities to make them all see things his way.

Then he saw firsthand how large Cybertronians are--large enough to squash Bix into a grease stain without even noticing him--and lost some of that confidence. He ran back into his spaceship and fled the planet, less confident but no less useless.Armada Preview
