- Gunbarrel is an Decepticon from the 2007 movie franchise portion of the live-action film series continuity family.
Gunbarrel isn't a personality bot. He rarely says a word, but he prefers to blast eveything he wants, giving Brawl a run for his money. He uses his brain module to aim at targets at a distance, yet he wants to remove it entirely to add another cannon on his head. Many Autobots who face him are lucky his imagination and intelligence aren't equal to his firepower.

Sent to Earth by Soundwave, Gunbarrel (along with Reverb) was one of the Decepticons working under Fracture, who was nice enough to find an alternate mode for him at an Italian military base. After scanning, the Decepticons destroyed the installation. Alliance issue 3
Reverb and Gunbarrel were eventually hunted down and destroyed by the Autobots and their human allies. Alliance issue 4
Due to space constraints, Reverb and Gunbarrel do not actually appear in Alliance issue 4, but their deaths are reported by Ironhide.
