WE'VE Inc. (ウィーヴ) is a Japanese licensing company which has been in charge of bringing Transformers shows to Japan since the Beast Era. Along with licensing Beast Wars for Japanese broadcasting, they've also produced Beast Wars II, Beast Wars Neo, Car Robots and all three series forming the Unicron Trilogy.

When the company was established in 1988, its original name was AEON (イオン). However, due to confusion with Aeon Corp., a chain of English-teaching companies, and ÆON Co., Ltd., the largest retailer in Asia, they changed their name in 2002 to the current "WE'VE".

Aside from Transformers, they have also licensed shows like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sesame Street and X-Men for broadcasting in Japan.
