Andromeda is a neutral Transcendent Technomorph from the TransTech continuity. She is also known as Romy.
See the bubble-headed bleach-blonde who comes on at Five.

Andromeda's face is seen all over Axiom Nexus, as she's the face and voice of ANN's Around Cybertron newsfeed. She maintains her "soft, bell-like voice" even when discussing gruesome murders.
