Marvel Comics continuity
After tracking down a wanted man with his partner Felix, the local law enforcement pointed the pair to a poster from the Z Foundation offering $50,000 for the capture of any Transformer. Felix and Skunge decided to relocate to New York City to take them up on it. Once there, joined a group called the Roadjammers and became embroiled in a Decepticon plot to use a device called the jammer to hunt down Autobots. When they realized who they were working for, they turned jammer technology against the Decepticons. Ca$h and Car-nage!
