- Geonosis is a planet from the Galaxy Far Far Away portion of an unknown continuity family.
Geonosis was the location of a great battle between the Republic and the Confederacy. The Republic's forces included Clone Troopers, Republic Gunships[1] and Jedi Knights such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, while the Confederacy fought back using an army of Battle Droids.[2]
