Amphitrite is a long-dead human from the Armada cartoon portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

At their base, the Autobots received a transmission from Amphitrite's hologram asking for help. Carlos was unaware that she it was a hologram and became very anxios to go help her. Much to Carlos's disappointment, the Autobots immediately set out to the bottom of the ocean in search of a Mini-Con instead of responding to the distress signal. When they came under attack by Decepticons, Optimus Prime's windshield cracked and leaked water into the cabin threatening the children who were inside. Optimus Prime decided to take cover in some nearby undersea ruins. An air pocket was discovered inside that saved the kids from drowning.

Once inside the kids and Mini-Cons searched for a Mini-Con storage panel while the Autobots fought the Decepticons. In their search, they activated holograms of the citizens of the lost civilization, including Amphitrite. It told the kids the story of her civilization—they discovered some Mini-Cons and harnessed their power to create an advanced society. Other civilizations were threatened by them so Amphitrite's people sank their cities under the oceans. Amphitrite warned them ceaselessly not to seek out the Mini-Cons. During the battle, the Decepticons found a storage panel and warped out. The ruins began flooding and the Autobots had to evacuate. Carlos was sorry to leave the beautiful hologram. Later, Rad told a heartbroken Carlos that they might cross paths with the hologram again someday. Ruin
