Cad Bane is an alien and a bounty hunter from the Star Wars continuity family.
No hat? No thanks.

Cad Bane is a bounty hunter who flies a ship called the Xanadu Blood. His mech suit transforms from a robot resembling him into the ship.

Fiction

Toy bios

Invading a senate building on Coruscant, Bane made it off with important information and several hostages. When the Jedi Anakin Skywalker managed to chase him down and free the hostages, the bounty hunter tried to surprise him with the Xanadu Blood's transformation ability, but Skywalker revealed that his Y-wing could do the same trick. The two then fought eachother using their mech suits, but the victor is unknown.[1]

Cad Bane is a retool of the MagnaGuard toy with a new head, transforming into the Xanadu Blood (a modified version of the Porax-38 starfighter that the MagnaGuard transforms into). The ship is armed with six cannons; the two on the sides are firing missile launchers that can be used as handheld guns in robot mode, while the remaining four combine to form a staff weapon. He is woefully bereft of headwear.
