Minoru Inaba (稲葉 実 Inaba Minoru) is a Japanese voice actor born November 8, 1951 in Shizuoka, Japan. He works for Ken Production and is mainly known for his Japanese dub roles, some of which include Dale in Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Buzz Lightyear in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, and Ned Flanders and Moe Szyslak in The Simpsons Movie.
