Yet there must be a reason he remains at the bottom of the Decepticon ranks. Pan-Handler is a redeco of Classics Sledge, transforming into a backhoe/payloader. He was only sold on an individual cardback in discount store chains like Family Dollar in the US.
This mold was also used to make Rockblade, Universe Backstop and Mighty Bull.
