Edit, 11-10-2010: Purchased at a Wal-Mart, the hands on the copy aquired did NOT have retooled hands for holding the Mini-con in Robot Weapon Mode. Possibly an error on part of Hasbro, seeing as the store was recently stocked with the new line of PCC figures.

Tomorrow we do it all again, because my job is not day shift or night shift. It's always shift.

Darkstream excels where many of the Decepticons top aces struggle: extreme low altitude combat. He likes nothing more than to trick his opponents into deadly crashes. His Mini-Con partner Razorbeam just makes him all the better at it.

Power Core Combiners

  • Darkstream with Razorbeam (Commander Class, 2010)
Part of a future wave of Power Core Combiners Commander Class figures, Darkstream is a redeco of Skyburst (without the drone-limbs), transforming into a Firefox MIG-31 fighter jet. He also has a third super-robot torso mode compatible with all Power Core Combiner drone-limbs. As his mold was originally created for a Power Core 5-pack, he lacks the chestplate Powerlinx port that would allow him to use a Mini-Con as chest armor. Despite this, he comes with the Mini-Con Razorbeam, who can instead plug onto the Powerlinx port on the jet fuselage, which ends up on Darkstream's back in robot mode. His hands are retooled so that he can hold his partner.
