Roxy Sparkles participated in illegal street-races as a part of the Street Demon show. When Bumblebee attempted to join in one of their illegal races, a mysterious blue race car ran Roxy off the road in its haste to catch up to him. - Bill Forster admitted on Jim Sorenson's blog that the origin for the name Roxy Sparkles came from a personal in-joke, rather than an obscure reference like the rest of the AllSpark Almanac.
