The Armada Laserbeak Surveillance system is an invention from the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Armada Laserbeak Surveillance System is a surveillance system invented by Erector after being kicked out of the Constructicons and joining the Autobots.[1]

Why he would name something after a Decepticon is unknown.
