Ninja Force are one of the numerous sub-groups with G.I. Joe. They are the most important of all the Joes, so important that their private logo takes priority over the Joes' own.

Known missions included extracting Destro and the Baroness, infiltrating Cobra, Unfoldings! and storming the Cobra-controlled town of Milleville. Sucker Punch
Unfortunately, even the awesome of ninjas was as nothing against Megatron; while Storm Shadow helped get Skydive onto the Ark and Snake-Eyes tried to get Sidney Biggles-Jones to safety, they failed to prevent Megatron nicking the ship and taking the doctor with them. Final Transformations
