Marvel Comics continuity
One episode featured three men from New Jersey, who had discovered a monster in the New Jersey swamps, as the guests. Their story interested Cecilia Santiago enough that she went to investigate herself, which brought her in contact with the Autobot Roadhandler. King Con! Roadhandler was invited as a guest on New York Talks a few weeks later. He pretty much stole the spotlight from the other two guests, Jake "The Jackhammer" Jackson and Flo Roccoco, the bird lady from Brooklyn. Jake didn't take kindly to that and trash-talked his way back into the camera's focus. The Interplanetary Wrestling Championship!
