The Giant Decepticon Warrior is shown in an illustration of Maccadams Old Oil House, where he appears to be serving the role of bouncer, hauling an unruly patron away via the popular "robo-snuggy" move. Here he's not exactly giant, but still pretty big. Any relation to Maccadams' other bouncer, Rocky, is speculative at best.

Though no toy the Giant Decepticon Soldier was ever produced, a strange blue recolor of Scorponok appeared in the first Micromasters commercial; it had gray shoulders and legs, and also lacked his shoulder cannons.  This commercial was shot very early, when few toys were ready (Freewheeler and Tailspin appear twice to fill out numbers.)  This was likely the loose inspiration for Giant Decepticon Soldier.

He was defeated by the Autobot Race Car and Off Road patrols, led by Roadhandler.
* The descriptor "Giant Decepticon Warrior" was given by the Japanese Transformers Generations guidebook.

It seems unlikely Scorponok's mold was ever slated for release in these colors.
* His model appears to be a frankensteining of several extant characters with details altered; his feet seem to derive from the Autobot Headmaster Fortress Maximus, his torso and forearms from Cerebros, while his head, shins and colors are generally reminiscent of the Decepticon Headmaster Scorponok.

The Ultimate Guide

The Giant Decepticon Warrior is shown in an illustration of Maccadams Old Oil House, where he appears to be serving the role of bouncer, hauling an unruly patron away via the popular "robo-snuggy" move. Here he's not exactly giant, but still pretty big. Any relation to Maccadams' other bouncer, Rocky, is speculative at best.
