Soundwave vs The Army!
Gold And Blood
- Script: Robin Etherington
- Art: Horacio Domingues
- Colours: Nestor Pereyaa
- Lettering: Rona Simpson
- Continuity: Dark of the Moon (prequel?)
The Laguna De Guatavita in Central Columbia..... A mysterious place.... home to.... a DIVING PROJECT!!! A team of divers are setting up an explosive charge underwater, with their boss in talks with a mysterious person called "Mr. Wave". Who could that be?. As the charge is detonated a city of gold is revealed. El Dorado. Mr. Wave asks about a package he asked them to secure. They complain about it's weight while Mr. Wave bursts out of the container, ready to kill! Well not really, he's working with the humans.
While Soundwave laments about his plan with the gold, William Lennox informs his colleague "Silver Lining" that the intel Bumblebee had given him (somehow...) was correct, and Soundwave was there! As Soundwave blows up the oil rig, and (probably) kills the divers. Lennox tries to kick Soundwave's ass but to no avail. Soundwave then proceeds to attack the Humans a bit more.
Meanwhile, in the sky, Ratchet and Optimus plunge down onto the ground, with Ratchet complaining about not getting parachutes. As Optimus kicks Soundwave's ass (And Succeeds!), Lennox is firing tank rounds at a bunch of crates (probably had contraband in) while getting a little assistance from Ratchet. Optimus continues to duke it out with Soundwave but the battle is evenly matched (Remember.... Soundwave's the midget of the 'Cons).
Optimus and 'Wave plunge into the ocean and continue to kick ass. The diver's boss asks about the SECOND Zipa Warhead and activates it. Soundwave just happens to be on the wrong side of it and is blown right out the sky. Optimus lands on the coast and Ratchet complains about having "No Soundwave, no prisoners.... A priceless Earth Artefact obliterated!" but Optimus reassures him that a little is worth a lot in gold!
Quotes
Items of note
- Lennox says that Bumblebee told him about about Soundwave being in Central Columbia but we don't know how. We assume he just pointed to a map because the individual words "Soundwave is hiding out in The Laguna De Guatavita in Central Columbia" are pretty rare.
- It isn't said what part of continuity in DOTM this is in. Considering Soundwave had his head demolished we can assume it's a prequel but, surviving as a head is not uncommon among the 'Cons.

- Starscream's Stumpers: Puzzles, hosted by a wonderfully rude and snarky Starscream (the spirit of Star Screams lives!)
