- Voice actor: Hirohiko Kakegawa (Japanese)
Scout B was one of a pair with Scout A when the two saw the Predacons, acting as an advance invasion force, on patrol. Despite B's warning, A stubbornly walked closer to the Decepticons and got shot by Headstrong. On orders from A, B ran off and warned Rodimus Prime of the incoming Decepticon activity. Notes
- Scout B's character model is one of the three that were originally used in the episode "The Burden Hardest to Bear" for the Matrix ghosts and recycled for numerous generics throughout The Headmasters.
