The Victory Bar is an establishment from the Victory cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Located in a small town in southern Canada, the Victory Bar serves a diverse clientèle. Perhaps surprisingly, their service doesn't extend to Autobots, though it could simply be that there aren't any Autobots small enough to fit through the door.

Fiction

Victory cartoon

After having a huge subsidence open up in his field, Tom retired to the Victory to calm his nerves with a drink, and delight the other bar patrons with exaggerated tales of his near escape. He was just getting to the point where he was planning on charging the other patrons to view the hole in his cornfield, when the Autobot Machtackle knocked on the window and took him away to investigate the problem.

A while later, Tom did manage to lure the bartender and other patrons down to see the huge pit, though they didn't stay long. Mach and Tackle

The bar master is naturally quite skeptical of Tom's tall tales. He's also easily surprised by giant robots.
