Cab is a human and Autobot Headmaster Junior in the Masterforce portion of Generation 1 continuity family.

The fate of the world is in the hands of a kid who can't do long division.

Cab (キャブ, kya-bu) is the Prince of the Republic of Karin. Growing up in a treehouse in the jungle, joining the Autobots and entering their techno-crazy world was a bit of a culture shock. Though he somehow knows how to drive, Cab still acts like he's in the jungle and just doesn't play well with others.
