The plush lizard is a toy from the TransTech continuity.
Hi!

Sitting in the middle of Ego's collection of Cyber Planet Keys, exotic guns and Matrices is a plush lizard. Is it, as Bulletbike believes, a mere soft toy intended as a counterpoint to the other objects in Ego's collection, or does it possess untold power? Axiom Nexus may never know.

It says "Hi!" a lot.
