Power Core Combiners
- Leadfoot with Pinpoint (Commander, 2010)
- Part of the second wave of Power Core Combiners Commander-class toys, Pinpoint was available only with his larger partner Leadfoot. He transforms from a small robot into an engine for Leadfoot's vehicle mode, a blaster-cannon for robot mode, as well as armor for any Commander robot when in their super-robot torso mode. His Powerlinx socket is hollow so he can peg onto any 5mm post. However, he cannot activate Powerlinx gimmicks on Armada-era toys.
- During the period between December 26 2010 and January 31 2011, Hasbro ran their "Supercharge Your Holidays" promotion: for every $20 spent on Hasbro-branded product, customers could receive a free, random product from a list provided by Hasbro. Among the items on the list was "Transformers Combiners & Speed Stars Mini Vehicle". According to this discussion thread on Allspark.com, Leadfoot with Pinpoint was one of the figures distributed.
- Power Core Combiners Special Value Offer (2011)
- Leadfoot and Pinpoint were also made available as part of a Walmart-exclusive Black Friday "Value Pack", combining a 5-pack team with a Commander 2-pack via packaging tape and a couple of stickers, for the whopping price of ten bucks, merely a third of what the two toys would cost nominally.
- So far, Leadfoot has been found attached to the Grimstone/Dinobots and Steamhammer/Constructions sets.
Notes
- Pinpoint is sculpted to resemble a Generation 1 Powermaster partner figure. He even transforms the same way into engine mode.
- When Artfire's Targetmaster partner appeared in the United comic, he was depicted as a recolor of Pinpoint.
