Jeffrey Combs (born September 9, 1954) is an American film and voice actor. A horror movie icon, Combs is well known as Herbert West in the Re-Animator trilogy. He's also been in such horror films as From Beyond, Necronomicon and Castle Freak. Combs is also known for playing a variety of characters on three Star Trek TV series - Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and Enterprise, most notably recurring DS9 villain Weyoun.
