Hubert Gagnon is a Canadian actor and voice actor. He started out in the late 60s, playing Picabo on the children's show Les Oraliens, but is best known today as the French-Canadian voice of Homer Simpson. His other dubbing roles have included dubbing Mel Gibson in the Lethal Weapon movies, Vernon Dursley in the Harry Potter movies, and Robin Williams in Hook.
