Naoto Tsushima (津島直人 Tsushima Naoto), also known as NAOTO, born January 25, 1973, is a Japanese manga artist (or 漫画家, mangaka) from Tokyo, Japan. He primarily works on boy comics and robot-related comics such as Super Robot Wars and Gundam. His works can be spotted in Comic Bom Bom, Super Robot Magazine, and Gundam Ace.

Before creating The Cool for Kerokero Ace, Tsushima's previous work for the publication was the final volume of SD Gundam Sangokuden. In tribute to this he created a series of fan art which pairs characters from The Cool/Animated with Sangokuden counterparts.
